We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
What is your return policy for outdoor gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing gear and certain technical equipment cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all products sold at Dwights Outdoors come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Some premium brands may offer extended lifetime warranties.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
